Zeta Intelligence™ (Zi) is a set of logic functions and business processes that can be applied to summarise and automate combinations of non-compliance events to provide intelligently prioritised management information.

With Zeta Intelligence™, a risk rating can be assigned to locations, assets and tests. By scoring these individual components that contribute to the overall risk profile, an intelligent risk total is generated which ranks your non-conformances.

Zeta Intelligence™ is not simply just about ranking notes by impact, Zeta Intelligence™ is a whole suite of functions which works to deliver a combined outcome to assure that information received constitutes matters of evident concern.

Additional functions include:

• Tolerances around a task outcome allow for a technical failure but can accommodate a realistic tolerable range that is an "amber" or "beware" outcome

• Configurable workflows allow for previous notifications to be retracted when an in specification result is added

• Computed and statistical results can be collated and calculated

• Tolerances can be associated around a desired task scheduled date

• Enhanced scheduling gives users additional flexibility in the scheduling of tasks to include and support hourly, weekday only and selected day scheduling.

• Reporting and analytics of consecutive data failures
