Flexible Dashboards: Our new dashboard reporting offers users several significant benefits. Dashboards enable users to distil extensive data into a single page of succinct results. With our new flexible dashboard, users can view key compliance and management information, giving managers a more accurate view of their organization, more quickly. Our Dashboards easily emphasize areas of performance that managers care most about.
Documents
Document Tagging: A tag is a keyword assigned to a document file so you can easily identify it among hundreds of similar but different files. You can assign several tags to a single file. In other words it is a simple way to keep organized.
Document Association: This feature allows documents to be associated with assets, places and notifications, meaning all information related to an asset and place is presented together with all other relevant asset and place information.
Document Expiry: Documents now have an expiry date associated with them in their properties. This makes it easier to manage compliance certification expiry on documents like risk assessments, insurances and certificates. You can view expiring documents on your dashboard.
Integrated Search: Quickly find documents and files by title and / or keyword. Using Advanced Search, sort by several different filters or by wildcarded name for fast access.
Task Result
Computational Results: ZetaSafe® 2 allows users to take results from other tests and make calculations with them e.g. allowing for ratios.
Result Calculations: This feature allows users to take multiple task results and automatically perform calculations such as average or sums.
Input Masking: ZetaSafe® 2 allows you to define how users must enter data in specific fields to help maintain consistency and to make your database easier to manage.
Search
Global Searching: Filtering and sorting for information can be time consuming, ZetaSafe® 2's new global search feature ensures faster and improved search results.
Integrated Search: Quickly find documents and files by title and keyword. Using Advanced Search, users can sort by several different filters or by wildcarded names for fast access.
Data Collection
Free Text Answers: ZetaSafe® 2 allows free text answers which enhance its usage as a condition based survey ensuring you get more detail when you need.
Operational Support Text for Tasks: Operational support text allows for instructions to be associated and communicated to those conducting the task/test i.e. this is what to do for the test.
Computational Results: ZetaSafe® 2 allows users to collect computational results allowing for ratios etc.

Filter and Sort: The new ZetaSafe® 2 filter and sort feature augments already powerful filtering and sort abilities so that you can quickly focus on the data that you need.
Export to Excel: ZetaSafe® 2 gives the user the ability to export many screens as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. This new feature has been installed following several requests from users who want to be able to access the data a bit more freely in a spreadsheet format. Not only can you export collated and comparison reports, but also raw data. This a great way of customising your own incident reports with only the fields you need.
Tolerances: New Red, Amber and Green tolerances are available on ZetaSafe® 2 to help users prioritise major defects and reduce compliance noise. This replaces simple pass and fail logic.
Computational Results: ZetaSafe® 2 allows users to collect computational results allowing for ratios etc.
Scheduled Work Failures: ZetaSafe® 2 delivers clear informatics on tasks that have not been completed within a tolerance you have set, an element that is a critical compliance control point.
Workflow: New customisable notification workflows are one of the key features within ZetaSafe® 2, these workflows allow users to improve efficiency through the automation of clearing or changing notification status automatically according to subsequent in specification test results.
Risk Ratings: The extension of risk rating beyond assets is an exciting feature within ZetaSafe® 2; risk rating can now be assigned to locations, assets and tests delivering users with a more sophisticated analysis of emergent risks. This forms the basis of Zeta Intelligence™. Zeta Intelligence™ is a set of logic functions and business processes which can be applied to summarise and automate combinations of non‐compliance events to provide intelligently prioritised management information.
Spatial Integrity: Share the same spaces for different compliance areas allowing users to easily maintain the spatial integrity of the system. This allows for cleaner data across sites that use ZetaSafe® for multiple compliance areas in one end location.
Data Sharing
Watch: Sharing capabilities have been thoroughly enhanced with ZetaSafe® 2 with the added ability to have multiple users alerted to defects that occur through task results. Our watching alert enables multiple users to view the status of notifications to ensure and watch over actions taken against an asset or location. Having multiple watchers enhances delegation and collaboration of critical management information.

Security & Resilience
Programming Language: Developed with state of the art environments, ZetaSafe® 2 offers ease of use features, more connectability and increased security and resilience.
Password Policy: User administrators will now have the ability to set a password policy for their system, which allows users to customize attributes like character type, length and expiry duration etc. This allows user admin to take control of their security.
User Profiles: Fixed user profile set up not only improves the security of your data by having better user management control, it also improves the simplicity of the management of your system.
Scheduling
Enhanced scheduling gives users additional flexibility in the scheduling of tasks to include and support hourly, weekday only and selected day scheduling.

Design & Navigation
New Look: ZetaSafe® has undergone a complete redesign and has been re-launched with a vibrant new look, significant layout updates and features even easier functionality all to aid navigation and user friendliness.
Content Navigation: ZetaSafe® 2 navigation enhancements will positively impact the user experience. The biggest improvement to navigation is the tabs and modal windows which mean there is no need to switch screens or navigate tirelessly around the site to obtain the critical information you require.
Breadcrumb Trail: Breadcrumb trail is a key feature to the navigation of the system. Breadcrumb Navigation makes it easier for users to navigate through the site. As users drill down through a site with breadcrumb navigation, at any time users are one click away from the homepage or previously accessed features / places / pages. Our improved breadcrumbs feature also shows the user their current location on a site. There is no need to click the "back" button in the browser, just refer to the breadcrumb navigation and click to the page that you are interested in.
