For many customers, their ZetaSafe® solution has also become an essential element of differentiation that is allowing them to win new business in competitive markets.
In one example, it became apparent to our client - a third party Facilities Management (FM) provider - that they were missing out on significant incremental service revenues. Their mobile workers would often be called out to check certain assets in relation to water hygiene and they soon established that due to the flexibility of the ZetaSafe® system they could extend its use beyond water and whilst on site offer the customer complimentary checks in relation to other areas of compliance.
In other cases, we've heard from customers that the real-time responsiveness, data accuracy and guarantee of legislative compliance through their ZetaSafe® systems has played a decisive part in winning highly competitive contracts.
