User Adoption and Training

ZetaSafe® is designed from the outset to be both intuitive and easy to use for fast user acceptance and to minimise training costs. As part of the rollout planning, we will help to ensure maximum user adoption and manage awareness campaigns as needed, including poster or email bulletins.

A training plan is developed in consultation with each client to fit the requirements of the project roll-out. We can provide training in a number of ways including 1-to-1, classroom-based groups for end users, or Trainer Training. This may be undertaken at the client’s premises, or can be held at our facilities. Training material specific to the client’s specific configuration will be produced by the implementation consultant, which may include electronic, or hard copy manuals, online training programmes, and video-based training materials.
