Account Management
Following implementation, a ZetaSafe® Account Manager will work with the client to assist with queries and any further requirements that may arise. Account Managers will also be in regular communication with clients, including on-site visits, to maintain a long-term understanding of the business and address any issues that arise.
ZetaSafe® has several user group events. The content of these events vary according to the needs of the current client base. At user events, ZetaSafe® shares news about new and future developments in ZetaSafe®’s functionality, including improvement to the existing platform or the development of new releases. Key speakers are invited to talk on topical issues and to share their own experiences in the Safety, Health & Environmental field. User events also provide a forum for clients to discuss their experiences of using the ZetaSafe® system.
