Oxford, UK – February 10th, 2012 - ZetaSafe, the leader in compliance management solutions, today launched a Customer Community Portal to enhance the end-user experience and provide a premium level of self-service support to their customers.

With an interactive, e-learning environment, the Portal provides end users with volumes of information to help them get the most out of ZetaSafe. The Portal also serves as a customer self-service site where ZetaSafe users can go to locate the technical information required to answer any support questions that they may have. In addition a new support ticketing system is available for all.
The ZetaSafe Community Portal is currently divided into the following main sections:
- Learning Centre, here users can search our knowledge articles, watch video instructions and learn how to maximise their use of ZetaSafe®
- Idea Discussion Forum, this allows users to suggest improvements to the ZetaSafe system and influence the development of future releases
- A Downloads section that features the latest documentation and release notes.
- A Support area, a self service support ticketing system to improve support issue management
In the coming months, more sections will be added to the portal, including a community dashboard, an online support chat component and more.
