ZetaSafe® 2 With Over 250 New Features Available From November

UK — 18 October 2011 — Zeta Compliance Technologies today announced that ZetaSafe® 2, a major release of the world’s most advanced cloud based compliance software with more than 250 new features, will be available to customers in November. Some of the amazing features in ZetaSafe® 2include: a new flexible dashboard with configurable widgets, advanced compliance tolerances, significant usability and navigational improvements and the exciting introduction of Zeta Intelligence™.

New dashboards offer users several significant benefits. Dashboards enable users to distil extensive data into a single page of intelligence. With our new flexible dashboard, users can view key compliance and management information, giving managers a more accurate view of their organization, more quickly. Our dashboards easily emphasize areas of performance that user care most about.

Advanced tolerances are available on ZetaSafe®2 to help users prioritise major defects and reduce compliance noise. This replaces simple pass and fail logic.

Sharing capabilities have been thoroughly enhanced in ZetaSafe® 2 with the added ability to have multiple users alerted to defects. Our watching alert enables multiple users to view the status of notifications to ensure and watch over remedial actions taken. Having multiple watchers enhances delegation and collaboration of critical management information.

ZetaSafe® includes a new and innovative concept called Zeta Intelligence™. Zeta Intelligence™ (Zi) is a set of logic functions and business processes that can be applied to summarise and automate combinations of non-compliance events to provide intelligently prioritised management information.

With Zeta Intelligence a risk rating can be assigned to locations, assets and tests. By scoring these individual components that contribute to the overall risk profile allows for an intelligent risk total to be generated.

ZetaSafe® 2 includes a completely redesigned interface with an elegant layout and navigational improvements.

ZetaSafe® 2 will be available as a migration upgrade to existing customers and fully available to new customers from November.

ZetaSafe®2 upgrade is available at no additional charge to all customers who purchased a ZetaSafe® licence after 6 September 2011*, licenses purchased before this date are subject to a migration fee with prices starting at £675. A number of offers are available please contact us for more information.

*Users must request their upgrade within 30 days of ZetaSafe® 2 launch. Customers who purchase a qualifying licence between 6 September 2011 and the date when ZetaSafe®2 is available will have 30 days from ZetaSafe®2’s official release date to make a request.
